This position is offered to independent contractors willing to work their local and regional markets to establish sourcing and manufacturing networks. This position is only for the top sales professionals committed to entrepreneurship and long-term wealth. If you are ready for success, we are ready for you!! We’re looking for high-energy individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills to sell the sourcing and manufacturing services in an assigned territory. The more clients you sign the bigger your monthly commissions get. 

Specific duties will include (as assigned):

  • Negotiate long-term and short-term contracts / transactions with clients
  • Develop and incorporate strategic sourcing plans including supplier selection
  • Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to understand part specifications, BOMs, and customer needs
  • May visit clients/suppliers, as necessary, to analyze facilities, ensure compliance to purchase agreements, promote strong relationships, and/or conduct negotiations
  • Participate in contract bids and responses to Requests for Quotations in your area


  • You possess a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or in an equivalent field of study (or equivalent by experience)
  • You bring 1 to 3 years of relevant sales and business development experience, ideally within manufacturing and sourcing industry, as well as B2B experience.
  • You have a proven track record in generating new business and in exceeding your sales targets. You have spent a significant part of your career in a sales role and you understand the constant demands and changes associated with this position.
  • You have proven abilities to understand and execute the organization’s sales strategy in order to ensure short-term and long-term growth and profitability. Furthermore, you have a solid vision for growing sales targets and possess a clear understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • You have the ability to strategically select potential clients and focus on maintaining multiple sourcing alternatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential prospects for new business and revenue opportunities.
  • You have the patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries and negotiations.
  • You are a self-motivator who can work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
